At the out-set petitioner’s counsel seeks permission to withdraw I.A.No.8120/12, filed for recalling the order dated 17.4.2012, as not pressed.
Considering such prayer, the aforesaid I.A.is hereby dismissed as withdrawn and not pressed.
Heard on the question of admission.
The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuing the appropriate writ in the shape of Certiorari for quashment of the order dated 6.7.2009 (Annexure-P-6) passed by the respondent no.4.
Pursuant to it, the prayer for restoring the Gradation List Annexure-P-2, is also made.
In the couRs.of arguments on admission after making the elaborate submissions with respect of the dispute raised in this petition, the petitioner’s counsel has made his limited prayer to dispose of this petition with a direction to the authorities of the respondents n.1 to 4 to consider and decide his pending representations Annexure-P-9 (collectively) by speaking order in accordance with the prescribed procedure under the law on some early date with some time bound schedule.
State counsel did not have any objection in disposing of the petition on the aforesaid limited prayer of the petitioner’s counsel.
On consideration, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the same is disposed of with a direction to the authorities of the respondents to consider and decide the aforesaid representations Annexure-P-9 (collectively).of the petitioner in accordance with the prescribed procedure under the law in a speaking manner within 60 days from the date of filing the certified copy of this order along with the copy of this petition with annexures in the Office of such authorities.
The petitioner’s counsel is directed to submit the aforesaid papers in the Office of respondents authorities within 15 days from today.
Petition is disposed of as indicated above.
