After perusing the averments of the petition, I have carefully gone through the order dated 2.2.12 passed in Cr.R.No.287/10 by the Co.ordinate bench of this court.

After perusing such order I have found that such order was passed on merits of the matter and, in such premises, in view of the provision of section 362 of the Cr.P.C, the same could not be recalled.

Consequently, this petition, does not have any merits and deserves to be dismissed.

However, in the absence of the applicant's counsel, the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
