Shri Lalji Kushwaha, learned counsel for petitioneRs.Shri Kushwaha submits that office has wrongly shown the default of ad-valorem court fees because it is a case under Section 19 of Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Adhiniyam.
At this stage, office is directed to ignore the default.
This legal position will be decided after calling of the respondents.
Heard on IA No.9015/12, an application for condonation of delay under Section 5 of Limitation Act.
Since Office has shown delay of 203 days in filing of this petition, so it is necessary to hear respondents.
Therefore, issue notice to respondents of IA No.9015/12 by both modes, i.e.by ordinary as well as RAD post.
