Looking to the grounds mentioned in the application together with the fact that it is duly supported by an affidavit of R.K.Pancholi, Advocate, it seems that there is no mala fide on part of the appellant in late filing of this appeal.

Hence, delay of 27 days in filing of this appeal is hereby condoned by allowing IA No.3226/13.
