Shri Sandeep Dubey learned counsel for the respondents.

I.A No.1363/2013 for withdrawal of the appeal is allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the appellants that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties out of the Court, therefore, he does not wish to press the appeal.

In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed.
