Issue notice to the respondents on payment of P.F within one week, returnable in four weeks.

Prima-facie, from the material available on record, it is seen that petitioner has not been dispossessed, she is still in possession and, therefore, by virtue of the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, not possession cannot be taken over.
