This is a case under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. There is general allegation against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I allow the anticipatory bail application and direct petitioner to surrender in the court below on or before 19.09.2013 and in the event of his surrender, the learned court below is directed to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat, in connection with C.P.
