It appears that co-accused Gundeep Kaur @ Nikky Kaur has been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.7.2013 in ABA No. 1381 of 2013. The case of petitioner stands on similar footing. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I allow this application and direct the petitioner to surrender in the court below by 19.09.2013 and in that event the court below is directed to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with C.P. Case No. 1103 of 2012 , subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. ( Prashant Kumar,J.) Sharda/-
