The petitioner has been made accused for the offences under Sections 414, 413 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No. 106 of 2009 corresponding to G.R. No. 1234 of 2009 (S), S.T. No. 257 of 2013. The petitioner is alleged to be involved in transaction of stolen iron scraps. In the facts of this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Iliyas Seikh @ Iliyas Choudhary, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-IV, Bokaro, in connection with S.T. No. 257 of 2013, arising out of Balidih P.S. Case No. 106 of 2009 corresponding to G.R. No. 1234 of 2009 (S). ( H. C. Mishra, J.) R.Kr.
