Having heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. appearing for the State and taking into account the allegation levelled against the petitioner that this petitioner and other accused persons assaulted the deceased with 'Tangi' causing injury, resulting into his death, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
