From the FIR, it appears that the petitioner is the driver-cum-owner of the vehicle seized with stolen coal. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner Rajesh Kumar Sah @ Rajesh Saw is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S. K. Dubey, learned Judicial Magistrate, Bermo at Tenughat, or his successor, in connection with Jaridih P.S. Case No.91 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No.622 of 2013. (H. C. Mishra, J) R.Kumar
