Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 147/148/149/436/427/379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of the Explosive Substance Act, in connection with Pratappur P.S. Case No.73 of 2008, corresponding to G.R. No.927 of 2008. The school building was damaged by the explosion made by the extremists and the petitioner is also named as one of the accused by the villagers. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner Binod Paswan @ Baban Paswan @ Mukadar Jee is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra, in connection with Pratappur P.S.
