02. 16.08.2013 By way of instant interlocutory application, petitioner seeks to incorporate certain amendments in the main writ application as during the pendency of writ application by a letter dated 5.6.2013, certain information sought under the Right to Information Act, 2005 has been furnished to the petitioner, as per which the ground for not granting appointment to the petitioner on the post of Junior Engineer, Civil under the advertisement no. 27 of 2012 is that she had not furnished the residence certificate. The petitioner otherwise claims herself to be fully qualified for being appointed and she is not seeking reservation either. Learned counsel for the respondent- State does not object to the proposed amendment. In such view of the matter, since consideration of the case of the petitioner, for appointment to the post of Junior Engineer,Civil under the Respondent- State is being denied on the ground shown in the information furnished under the R.T.I vide Annexure-8 dated 5.6.2013, the proposed amendments are necessary and are connected to the main cause of action. Therefore, petitioner is allowed to incorporate the proposed amendments in the main writ petition. Accordingly, I.A. No. 5050 of 2013 stands disposed of. W.P.(S). No. 3245 of 2013 Let an amended writ petition be filed within a period of two weeks. Learned counsel for the State shall seek instruction to the amended writ petition within four weeks, thereafter.
