------------------------------- W.P.(C) No. 1969 of 2013 ------------------------------- Dated this the 21st day of January, 2013 JUDGMENT
The petitioner seeks to reckon the period of leave from 8.10.2008 to 31.10.2009 as medical leave and to revise the qualifying service for pension. The petitioner relies on Ext.P2 medical certificate and Ext.P3 letter of the fourth respondent Assistant Transport Officer in this regard. The petitioner has preferred Ext.P5 appeal to the first respondent Managing Director against Ext.P4 order of the second respondent negativing his claim in this regard.
2. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P5 appeal in the light of Exts.P2 and P3 referred to above within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise. The Writ Petition is disposed of. V.CHITAMBARESH, Judge. nj.
