The writ petition is filed seeking a direction directing the respondent to dispose of Ext. P3 representation. The petitioner is a stage carriage operator operating on the route Thottamoola -Sulthan Battery-Kalpetta, in respect of vehicle KL-12/A 729.Ext. P1 permit is valid till 18.02.2015. It is submitted that in Ext. P1 permit there is a condition to replace the vehicle attaining the age of 15 years on 18.01.2013. It is submitted that the petitioner is not in a position to acquire a new vehicle and therefore the petitioner submitted Ext.
