in the high court of jharkhand at ranchi b. a. no. 1725 of 2013 mantosh das versus the state of jharkhand with b. a. no. 1761 of 2013 makbool ansari versus the state of jharkhand with b. a. no. 1784 of 2013 md. saffique versus the state of jharkhand with b. a. no. 1799 of 2013 arjun ramani @ arjun rawani versus the state of jharkhand with b. a. no. 2029 of 2013 kasim ansari versus the state of jharkhand -------- coram : honble mr. justice h. c. mishra ------ for the petitioners : m/s a.k. choudhary, k.p. deo & s.p. roy, advocates for the state : a.p.p. -------- 6/ 22.07.2013 all these bail applications arise out of the same case and as such, they are taken up together and disposed of by this common order. heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the learned a.p.p. for the prosecution. the petitioners have been made accused for the offences under section 395 of the indian penal code, in connection with deoghar kunda p.s. case no. 395 of 2012 corresponding to g.r. no. 1354 of 2012. the case relates to docaity, which was instituted against unknown. learned counsels for the petitioners have submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statements and there is no material against them. the submission of the learned counsels finds support from the impugned orders also. in the facts of this case, i am inclined to enlarge the petitioners, mantosh das, makbool ansari, md. saffique, arjun ramani @ arjun rawani and kasim ansari, on bail. accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned chief judicial magistrate, deoghar, in connection with deoghar kunda p.s. case no. 395 of 2012 corresponding to g.r. no. 1354 of 2012.
