10. 13.08.2013 In this interlocutory application, appellant Nos. 1 and 2 have prayed for their release on bail during pendency of the appeal. Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that though the appellants' prayer for bail was earlier rejected, they have remained in custody for more than eleven years; there is no likelihood of appeal being taken up for hearing in near future. Learned A.P.P. opposed the appellants' prayer for bail but has not disputed the period of appellants' custody. Regard being had to the period of custody, appellant No.1 Sura Bodra and appellant No. 2, Mukru Bodra are directed to be released on bail, during pendency of the appeal, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount, each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No. Vth, Chaibasa in connection with S.T. No. 65 of 2003/S.T.R. No. 93 of 2003. I.A.(Cr.) No.5583 of 2013 is disposed of. Let the name of learned counsel, Mr. Pankaj Kumar, appearing on behalf of State, be shown in Cause List.
