THE FINANCE ACT, 2003

[Act, No. 32 of 2003]

[14th May, 2003]

An Act to give effect to the financial proposals of the Central Government for the financial year 2003-2004.

BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:--
