Power to Delegate
1[The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that any power exercisable and functions performed by it under this Act may be exercised and performed in such cases and subject to such conditions, if arty, as may be specified in the notification by such officer or authority as may be specified therein.]
