Bombay Primary Education and the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation (Amendment) Act, 2007, (Maharashtra) Section 7 - Bare Act

In section 20 of the Bombay Primary Education Act,-

(a) in sub-section (1), after the word "Teachers," the words "Shikshan sevaks" shall be inserted;

(b) in sub-section (2), for the word "pay" the word "honorarium, pay," shall be substituted;

(c) in sub-section (3),-

(i) for the word "pay" the word "honorarium, pay," shall be substituted;

(ii) after the words "school teachers" the word "and shikshan sevaks" shall be inserted.
