PREAMBLE
An Act further to amend the Bombay Primary Education Act, 1947 and the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977.
WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Bombay Primary Education Act, 1947 (Bom. LXI of 1947) and the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977 (Mah. III of 1978), for the purposes hereinafter appearing; it is hereby enacted in the Fifty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
