After section 5 of the principal Act, the following sections shall be inserted, namely:—
Insertion of new sections 5A and 5B. “5A. The qualification, period of apprenticeship training, holding of test, grant Regulation of of certificate and other conditions relating to the apprentices in optional trade shall be optional trade. Section 5B - such as may be prescribed
