Bombay Pleaders Act, 1920, (Maharashtra) Section 1 - Bare Act

(1) This Act may be called the Bombay Pleaders Act, 1920.

^[1][(2) It extends to the whole of the ^[2][State of Maharashtra].

^[3][(3) In that part of the State of Bombay to which it is extended by the Bombay Pleaders (Extension and Amendment) Act, 1958, it shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.]
