In Chapter II of the Maharashtra Education and Employment Guarantee (Cess) Act, 1962 (Mah. XXVII of 1962) (hereinafter, in this Chapter, referred to as " the Education and Employment Guarantee (Cess) Act"), in the heading, the words " and State Education Cess Fund " shall be deleted.
