| Section Title | Commissioner May Constitute Public Ferries, Establish New and Discontinue Existing Ferries |
It shall be lawful for the 1[Commissioner] to declare by notification what ferries within the 2[State of Maharashtra] shall be deemed public ferries, and also by notification from time to time, to establish any new public ferry or discontinue any existing public ferry.
