(1)This Act may be called the Bombay Entertainments Duty Act, 1923.
1 [(2) It extends to the whole of the2 [State of Maharashtra].]
3 [(3) It shall be deemed to have come into operation in the whole of the State of Maharashtra on the1St day of January 1984].
