Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing Regulation Act 1976 Section 15 - Bare Act

The Administrator may, on the recommendation of the MarketCommittee supported by not less than nine members of that Committee, presentand voting at a meeting, remove any member if he has been guilty of neglect ormisconduct in the discharge of his duties, or of any disgraceful conduct, orhas become incapable of performing his duties as a member or is adjudged aninsolvent:

Provided that no such member shall be removed from office unlesshe has been given a reasonable opportunity of being heard by the Administrator.
