| Section Title | Short Title, Extent and Commencement |
(1) This Act may be called the Bombay Corneal Grafting Act, 1957.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of 1[Maharashtra].
(3) 2[It shall come into force on such date and in such area or areas as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify in this behalf.]
