PREAMBLE
An Act further to amend the Bombay Civil Courts Act, 1869.
WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Bombay Civil Courts Act, 1869 (Act. No. XIV of 1869), for the purposes hereinafter appearing; it is hereby enacted in the Sixty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows.-
