PREAMBLE
An Act further to amend the Agriculturists' Loans Act, 1884, in its application to the State of Maharashtra
WHEREAS, it is expedient to amend the Agriculturists' Loans Act, 1884, in its application to the State of Maharashtra, for the purpose hereinafter appearing;
It is hereby enacted in the Sixteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows :--
