THE ADMINISTRATORS-GENERAL AND OFFICIAL TRUSTEES (MAHARASHTRA AMENDMENT) ACT, 1982¹

PREAMBLE

An Act to amend the Administrators-General Act, 1963 and the Official Trustees Act, 1913, in their application to the State of Maharashtra

Whereas, it is expedient to amend the Administrators-General Act, 1963 (XLV of 1963), and the Official Trustees, Act (II of 1813), in their application to the State of Maharashtra, for the purpose hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows :--
