Forest Act, 1963 Section 1

Section Text

(1) This Act may be called the¹[Karnataka] Forest Act, 1963.

(2) It extends to the whole of the¹[State of Karnataka].

(3) It shall come into force on such²[date] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
