This Act applies to,—
2007. (2) It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. Section 2 - Application (a) institutions deemed to be universities, or constituted units thereto, imparting professional education, other than those .promoted and maintained by the Central or State Government; and (b) the private unaided professional educational institutions affiliated to a university established under the Central or Madhya Pradesh Act.
