THE¹[KARNATAKA] KHADI AND VILLAGE INDUSTRIES ACT, 1956²

PREAMBLE

An Act to provide for the organising, developing and regulating of Khadi and Village Industries in the¹[State of Karnataka] and to constitute a Board to carry out the said object.

WHEREAS it is necessary to organise, develop and regulate Khadi and Village Industries in the¹[State of Karnataka] and to constitute a Board to carry out the said objects;

BE it enacted by the¹[Karnataka State] Legislature in the Seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
