PREAMBLE
An Act to consolidate and amend the laws relating to co-operative societies in the 1 [State of Karnataka].WHEREAS it is expedient to consolidate and amend the laws relating to co-operative societies in the 1 [State of Karnataka];
BE it enacted by the 1 [Karnataka State] Legislature in the Tenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:--
