Apartment Ownership Act, 1972 Section 1 - Bare Act

(1) This Act may be called the¹[Karnataka] Apartment Ownership Act, 1972.

(2) It extends to the whole of the¹[State of Karnataka].

(3) It shall come into force on such²[date] as the State Government may, by notification in the official gazette appoint.
