Amendment of Section 154
In section 154 of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1), for clause (b), the following clause shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of June, 1999, namely :-
"(b) amend any intimation or deemed intimation under sub-section (1) of section 143. ".
