PREAMBLE

An Act to provide for regularisation of certain unauthorised constructions in urban areas.

WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for regularisation of certain unauthorised constructions in urban areas;

BE it enacted by the Karnataka State Legislature in the Forty-second Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-
