Agricultural Pests and Diseases Act, 1968 (1 of 1969) Section 1 - Bare Act

(1) This Act may be called the¹[Karnataka] Agricultural Pests and Diseases Act, 1968.

(2) It extends to the whole of the¹[State of Karnataka] .

(3) It shall come into force on such²[date] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
