THE¹[KARNATAKA] INDUSTRIAL AREAS DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1966²

PREAMBLE

An Act to make special provisions for securing the establishment of industrial areas in the¹[State of Karnataka] and generally to promote the establishment and orderly development of industries therein, and for that purpose to establish an Industrial Areas Development Board and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid.

W HEREAS it is expedient to make special provisions for securing the establishment of industrial areas in the¹[State of Karnataka] and generally to promote the establishment and the orderly development of industries in such industrial areas, and for that purpose to establish an Industrial Areas Development Board and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid;

B E it enacted by the¹[Karnataka] State Legislature in the Seventeeth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
