PREAMBLE
An Act to enable effect to be given to certain international Conventions done at Geneva on the twelfth day of August, 1949, to which Indian is a party, and for purposes connected therewith.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Eleventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
