15. Amendment of1[Karnataka Act] 4 of 1957
In section 3 of the1[Karnataka] Legislature (Prevention of Disqualification) Act, 1956, after clause (b), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:--
"(bb) the office of a member of the Home Guards constituted under the1[Karnataka] Home Guards Act, 1962;"
