PREAMBLE

An Act to amend the Shipping Development Fund Committee (Abolition) Act, 1986.

BE it enacted by Parliament in the Thirty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows: -

1.Short title.-

This Act may be called the Shipping Development Fund Committee (Abolition) Amendment Act, 1987.

2.Amendment of Act 66 of 1986.-

In section 16 of the Shipping Development Fund Committee (Abolition) Act, 1986, in sub-section (1), for the words "this Chapter", the words "this Act" shall be substituted.
