THEHYDERABAD-KARNATAKA AREADEVELOPMENT BOARD ACT, 1991¹

PREAMBLE

AnAct to provide for establishment of a Development Board for Hyderabad-Karnataka Area which shallprepare annual plan containing progprogrammes and projects for development ofHyderabad-Karnataka Area, supervise the implementation of projects and rammes and monitor and evaluate the implementation of its plan.

WHEREAS it is expedient toprovide for establishment of a Development Board for Hyderabad-Karnataka Areawhich shall prepare annual plan containing programmes and projects fordevelopment of Hyderabad-Karnataka Area, supervise the implementation ofprojects and programmes and monitor and evaluate the implementation of itsplan;

BE it enacted by the KarnatakaState Legislature in the Forty-second Year of the Republic of India, asfollows:-
