(1) The Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Amendment Ordinance, 2008(Ord. 5 of 2008), is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Act, 1990(25 of 1990) as amended by the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the said Act, as amended by this Act.
