| Section Title | Kinds of Force Courts |
For the purposes of this Act, there shall be three kinds of Force Courts, namely :--
(a) General Force Courts;
(b) Petty Force Courts; and
(c) Summary Force Courts,
which shall be convened in the manner prescribed.
