Term of office of Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Members.—The Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson or other Member shall
(a) in the case of Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson, the age of sixty-five years; and (b) in the case of Member, the age of sixty-two years, whichever is earlier.
