In section 129 of the Customs Act, after sub-section
SECTION 110: Amendment of 5), the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely- "(6) On ceasing to hold office, the President, Vice-President or other Member shall not be entitled to appear, act or plead before the Appellate Tribunal.".
