In section 253 of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section
SECTION 74: Amendment of 1), in clause (c), for the words, figures and letters "under section 12AA", the words, figures, letters and brackets "under section 12AA or under clause (vi) of sub-section (5) of section 80G" shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of June, 2007.
