Amendment of section 115 JB: In section 115JB of the Income-tax Act, after sub-section
2), in the Explanation with effect from the 1st day of April, 2008,-- (a) in clause (f), the words, figures and letters "section 10A or section 10B or" shall be omitted; (b) in clause (ii), the words, figures and letters "section 10A or section 10B or" shall be omitted.
